This plant, butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea), produces magnificent blue flowers. In traditional medicine, it is recommended for treating sexual health concerns, fertility and menstrual issues. It is also known for its calming properties, is rich in antioxidants, supports memory, improves blood circulation to the eyes, and helps promote healthy hair growth.

This plant is grown without the use of chemical products. The flowers are hand-picked and naturally dried.

For a therapeutic herbal tea: Use 2 teaspoons of the dried flowers per cup of hot water. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain. As the flavour is slightly bitter, honey is recommended.

For a pleasant everyday herbal tea: Use 1 teaspoon per cup.

Drink 2 cups per day for one month. Repeat the course after 3 months. Net weight: 10 g.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children.
