Rosemary Smudge Bundles

How to Perform a Cleansing Ritual:

Find a heat-safe container to rest your rosemary bundle in (traditionally, a shell is used).
Open all the doors and windows in your home.
Light the bundle, and once it catches fire, gently blow out the flame, allowing the embers to smolder and release fragrant smoke (just as you would with incense).
Walk through each room, gently waving the rosemary bundle so that the smoke reaches the corners, along the walls, around the windows, and across the ceiling. As you do this, visualize the smoke absorbing negativity, the energy left behind by previous occupants, toxicity, and anything else you wish to release. Watch the smoke drift away through the open windows, carrying all unwanted energy out of your space and making room for fresh, positive energy.
After blessing each room, cleanse yourself with the rosemary smoke. Cup the smoke with your hands and gently sweep it over your face, then around your entire body as though you were taking a cleansing shower. Visualize any remaining negativity leaving your body and your home, disappearing completely.
Extinguish the rosemary bundle safely in the container.
