Sage / Lavender Smudge Bundles

How to perform a cleansing ritual:

Find a heat-resistant container to place your smudge bundle in (traditionally, a shell is used).
Open all the doors and windows in your home.
Light the bundle, and once it catches fire, gently blow out the flame, allowing the embers to produce a steady stream of smoke (just as you would when lighting incense).
Walk through each room, gently waving the sage bundle so the smoke reaches the corners, along the walls, around the windows, and across the ceiling. As you do this, visualize the smoke absorbing negativity, the energy left behind by previous occupants, toxicity, and anything else you wish to release. Watch the smoke drift toward the open windows, imagining all unwanted energy leaving your space and making room for fresh, positive energy.
After blessing each room, cleanse yourself with the sage. Let the smoke surround your hands and gently pass it over your face, then sweep it around your entire body as though you were taking a cleansing shower. Visualize any remaining negativity leaving your body and your home, dissolving and disappearing completely.
Extinguish the smudge bundle safely in the container.
