Turmeric (Curcuma longa)
An exceptional spice plant. It has anti-inflammatory properties, helps relieve osteoarthritis, supports digestion, soothes stomach acidity, and is rich in antioxidants. It also helps cleanse the liver and may help lower cholesterol levels.
Not recommended in cases of bile duct obstruction. At very high doses, it may irritate the stomach lining.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Helps relieve nausea and supports digestion. It may assist in cases of biliary and pancreatic insufficiency. It warms the body, soothes coughs, and has anti-inflammatory properties that may help relieve rheumatism and migraines.
Excessive consumption may cause intestinal cramps.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Helps cleanse the liver and kidneys, supports the immune system, and clears the respiratory tract. This herb stimulates the body while calming the nervous system. It has natural draining properties, stimulates the gallbladder, and promotes the elimination of liver toxins. It may be beneficial in cases of flu, joint pain, liver and kidney toxin overload, and severe fatigue. It is also rich in antioxidants and may help with rheumatism, physical and mental exhaustion, asthenia, sluggish digestion, migraines, dizziness, nervousness, and insomnia. It is excellent in baths during recovery and contributes to healthy skin and hair.
Not recommended in cases of bile duct obstruction or for individuals with a history of epilepsy.
