A delicious blend with multiple aromas
A perfectly balanced composition that brings warmth and comfort as winter approaches while helping to energize the body.
This delicious herbal infusion can be enjoyed throughout the day. The plants it contains have a warming effect, making it an essential companion during flu-like symptoms and temporary fatigue, or simply for the pleasure of enjoying a comforting cup.
It is made with rosemary, thyme, ginger, sage, and ground cinnamon.
Cinnamon Bark (China or Ceylon), Cinnamomum verum or Cinnamomum aromaticum
Cinnamon supports digestion, improves breathing and circulation, and has invigorating properties. It is an effective plant for mild fatigue and helps stimulate the digestive, circulatory, and respiratory systems.
Not recommended for pregnant women (especially as an essential oil). May cause allergic reactions affecting the skin and mucous membranes.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary supports the liver and kidneys, strengthens the body, and helps clear the respiratory tract. It stimulates the body while calming the nervous system. It has detoxifying properties, supports the gallbladder, and promotes the elimination of toxins from the liver. It is traditionally used for flu symptoms, joint pain, liver and kidney detoxification, severe fatigue, rheumatism, physical and mental exhaustion, asthenia, sluggish digestion, migraines, dizziness, nervousness, and insomnia. It is also excellent in baths during recovery and helps support healthy skin and hair.
Not recommended in cases of bile duct obstruction or a history of epilepsy.
Avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children under 7 years of age.
Sage (Salvia officinalis)
Sage is a valuable ally against hot flashes and excessive perspiration. Thanks to its estrogen-like activity, it is especially beneficial for women, particularly during menopause and after childbirth, as it has a toning effect on the uterus.
Avoid during pregnancy, in cases of uterine fibroids, and during the pre-menopausal period.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
Thyme supports digestion, helps soothe coughs, and calms anxiety. It is both tonic and astringent, promoting perspiration and the elimination of toxins.
Excessive consumption may cause nervous system disorders. It has traditionally been considered to have abortifacient properties.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Ginger helps relieve nausea and supports digestion. It may help in cases of biliary and pancreatic insufficiency. It warms the body and soothes coughs. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that may help relieve rheumatism and migraines.
Overconsumption may cause intestinal cramps.
