Made with water kefir grains, filtered water, brown sugar, dates, figs, fresh mint, and lemon. Naturally fermented in small batches to create a light, refreshing, and gently sparkling drink with a vibrant citrus flavour and a cooling hint of mint.

Inspired by the classic mojito, this alcohol-free-style refreshment brings together the freshness of mint and lemon with the natural goodness of traditional water kefir.

Why Water Kefir? Naturally fermented with a living culture of beneficial bacteria and yeasts, water kefir can provide live microorganisms that may support a healthy gut microbiome. Fermentation also produces organic acids, giving this refreshing drink its distinctive tangy flavour and natural sparkle.

Ingredients: Water kefir grains (fermentation culture), water, brown sugar, dates, figs, mint, lemon.

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 1–5°C.

Shelf Life: Closed you can keep it for 2 months but once opened, consume within 4 days. Keep refrigerated at all times.
