Coconut, kaffir lime, and mint are grown using organic farming methods on Feuilles et Fleurs's certified ORGANIC farm.
The tea comes from Mauritian plantations. It is not certified organic, as it is fertilized twice a year, but it is free from pesticides.
Drying and packaging are carried out by hand in their artisanal workshop.

Coconut (Cocos nucifera)
Coconut is rich in potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and zinc, making it highly nutritious. Every part is beneficial: the flesh, the milk, and the oil.

Kaffir Lime (Citrus hystrix)
A natural tonic. Aids digestion, has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, acts as a mild purgative, and supports liver health.

Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)
Stimulates the central nervous system, enhancing both mental focus and physical performance. It also has diuretic properties, supports cardio-respiratory function, and may help reduce blood lipid and cholesterol levels.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
A tonic herb that helps relieve migraines and fatigue while supporting healthy breathing and digestion. It helps reduce bloating, freshens the breath, and can be used as a compress to help ease headaches.

Note:
Not recommended for young children, although it does not present a significant risk. As it may have a stimulating effect, sensitive individuals should avoid consuming it in the evening.
